Good Morning: I saw your recent posing on the MISAGINA-L List regarding \.How to request from the County Clerk's Office a certifed copy of a "Death Certificate". It was advised that we can send the name, date, book #, page # and the record Number along with our check for a Certified copy. I do hope that one of you can post the URL from which we can obtain the necessary dates, book # Page # etc. Thank you so much for taking the time to post this information.
