I thought I would remind the persons doing Brady Hill Cemetery of the probable buried tombstones. When I was last there, a few years ago, there were many of the tombstones - the flat type - that were tipped over and the sod had partially covered them. I believe that others were totally covered. I was looking for the tombstone of Josephine Snyder (or other spelling of Schneider, etc.) I had had notes from on old relative and she described Josephine's tombstone at Brady Hill as the flat type. I believe she was an accurate genealogist and I'm sure she SAW that tombstone but I couldn't find it anywhere. Looking at all the possible sites of buried tombstones, I imagine its laying there under the sod somewhere! I suggest you bring along an ice pick and poke it here and there where you believe there might be a tombstone - and a small trowel to dig it out.
