Chris, Just an added thought. Have you checked out the Willard Library's web page? They have an absolutely wonderful page with all the old photos from the City of Battle Creek, in Calhoun County. They have all the old buildings and people from the town have contributed many wonderful old photos. It would be wonderful if we could do this for Ottawa County. Check it out. Hi all, I have no idea if anyone can help me. I have an oil painting that was my grandfather's, John (Jan) Neymeiyer. It is of two women standing near a lake, painted in 1903. The artist's name looks like Meyerhiem or something close to that. I am thinking it came from West Michigan area, Holland or GR area. Maybe Saugatuck. just wonder if this name is familier to anyone. It is hard to read the initials and the last name on the painting so Meyerhiem may not be exact spelling. Thanks, Barb Fitzmaurice
