Age 80 Of Zeeland went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 11, 2003. He was preceded in death by all seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by wife, Louise; his sons, Michael (Melody) Fisher of Texas, Richard Fisher of Grand Rapids, Jeffrey (Dale) Fisher of Allendale, Steven (Margo) Fisher of Holland, Timothy Fisher of Middleville; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Irene Fisher of Wayland, Harriet Sommerfeldt of California; brother-in-law, Jim (Ann) Freer of Arizona; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be (time and place to be announced in Sunday's paper). Interment Blendon Township Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Mission Fund at Bauer Community Fellowship. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Allendale), 6850 Lake Michigan Drive, Allendale on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. Published in the Kalamazoo Gazette on 12/13/2003.
