James was born 20 July, 1844 at Bourbon County, Kentucky. Mary Tibbets was born 29 July, 1846 in Ohio. I have their original marriage license that shows they married 21 October, 1867 at Georgetown, Ottawa County, Michigan. I have no information yet on James or Mary's parents or possible siblings except that Mary's father's name was Henry Tibbets. Children from this marriage are: Henry Coleman, b. 18, May 1867 at Grand Rapids, Michigan. Robert "Pook" Coleman, b. 22 June 1872 at Grand Rapids MI. Elsie Coleman ( My Great Grandmother) born 25 December 1881 at Mckinney, Collin County TX, Maud Coleman, and Jack Coleman birthdates unknown. I hope to talk to you soon.
