He was a surveyor in Holland Township. I believe she died in 1921 and is buried at Pilgrim Home Cemetary. Gerrit was still living when she died and may have married again. He was born about 1858 and Merri was born about 1856, both in the Netherlands. According to the 1850 Census of Ottawa County..............HESSELINK Harm Jan 41 100 ac. Jenna Wilterdink (wife) 38 Gerrit Jan 8 Hanna 1..she was born in Michigan. They emigrated on the ship "SCOTIA". Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you. Sharon Preising
