I have finished Tallmadge, Wright, Chester, Polkton, Ravenna, Crockery, and Muskegon townships [yes they were part of Ottawa county in 1850] and am currently working on Holland. Before I can send the information to Rootsweb for them to post, I need a proofreader. If anyone on the list has access to the census and is willing to proofread let me know. I will send you a printout of the information which you can then check against the census itself. You then notify me of any corrections and we can send it on to Rootsweb. You will be given credit for the proofreading and as a bonus you get to keep the printout I send you. Then everyone will be able to access the information via Rootsweb for free. I am sure Brian and Terry will have a link to it as well on the Ottawa county page. d:-) Take care and happy hunting, Chris Brown aka [email protected] >Date: Sun, 2 Apr 2000 17:25:01 EDT >From: [email protected] >To: [email protected] > >I am new to this list.
