Go to the search engine, located at <http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/mi/search.htm>, or follow the link from the first URL given <smile> You will want to Search by County ... click on the dot next to "Ottawa" .... then go farther down on the page to type in the surname which is of interest to you. Cornell who died in Ottawa County in July 1967. IF one had matched, you could have sent an e-mail to Herrick Library's Genealogist with the information and asked him to send you a copy of the obituary, which he would have done for less than $1.00. Since you have not been able to find this person in the on-line index, you can still ask Ralph <[email protected]> to look for you .... as mentioned on the Ottawa County MI page: The Genealogy Department at Herrick Library has this OFFER for you: 1. Identify the name of an individual you want them to look for in their VAST genealogy department. 2.
