I'm not sure how early that paper began, though. ----- Original Message ----- From: <parker2005@charter.net> To: <MIOTTAWA-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, February 07, 2004 10:43 PM Subject: [MIOtt] Re: John H & Melvin C Fuller > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: bAILEY > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/CIB.2ACI/1106.2.2.1.1 > > Message Board Post: > > Thanks for the quick reply Chris. I too am trying to link to the Antoine Crispel lineage. I believe John is the son of Henry and Nancy Chrispell. Henry was born about 1807 in New York, and Nancy was born about 1816 in Canada. John had an older brother, Abram, born about 1843, and an older sister, Sarah, born about 1847. Henry and Nancy lived in Battle Creek during the 1850 Federal Census Enumeration. I have found 2 different Henry Chrispells in New York, but I do not believe either one of them are my 3rd great-grandfather. The search continues...
