I am looking for someone who will do a lookup in the Oakland Co. death records. I am trying to find Caroline (Patten) Colby, died Nov. 14, 1890 and is buried in the Wixom Cemetery. Also for Debora McLane or McLean. I do not have a death date for Debora. In the 1870 census Debora was 74 years of age and living in Rose Twp. Oakland Co. with her granddaughter Almira Patten. Debora can not be found in the 1880 census so I am assuming she passed away before 1880. I would appreciate any help or suggestions as to how to find these people. Thank you, Sandy Dempsey

Hi Tim, The Mormons have filmed the Oakland County death records from 1867-1918. You can order the film from your local LDS FHC for a few dollars.
