    3. You can order the estate directly from Oakland County, however, depending on who gets your request they may also want a copy of a death certificate. They seem to waiver from day to day on what they want and how they want it. You didn't give a death date so I Would suggest that when you write you include a phone number where they can contact you and proof that the person in the will is actually deceased.
