Well, apparently they were Renville county. What year where they registering those Naturalization records in? There should be some sort of date on the form. Then I'd check the county plat maps, city directories, any census records (federal and state), and land records (if they bought or sold anything). 1900 Census has Fritz here, if it is the right one, you give no dates with your information or what you know about them?? There are at least 2 Fred Heuer's, so we definately need more information to help.
