Dear Colleen, No, you're not the only one. Part of the problem is that the URL below is incorrect. Dick Campbell inadvertently used the DOS method of including "back whacks" or backward slashes instead of Unix forward slashes. The URL should be http://www.glorecords.blm.gov. However, I've tried accessing the http://www.blm.gov website and various other BLM websites and they all seem to be offline. So I'd guess that they've had some kind of server crash or other traumatic event.
