Vo-Pommern became East Germany after the war, and Hinter Pommern became a part of Poland along the Baltic Sea. The Oder River divided the two Pommerns. Soon I will send some web sites for this area, as there are many Pommerns in Minnnesota. There is a young man in Nevada, who has one of the largest data bases for Pommern, especially the County of Schlochou.
