Hi List I have noticed a lot of families from Norway. I have the bygdeboks (farm books) from Bømlo (vols 1,2,3,4 &6) and Fitjar (both volumes), Norway. I will do lookups for people with families from these areas. Laurie

Hi Laurie, Just read your message to the list and would like a lookup if I may.........First off, I do not know where my grandmother came from in Norway; but I thought maybe we might be lucky! Her name was Ingeborg Anderson or datter; she arrived in NY port April 21? 24? 1884. I have no idea if she travelled anywhere other than to Minneapolis where she met and married my grandfather, also from Norway. II'd very grateful if you will take a look for her in your books and let me know.
