Hello All, I am helping out a friend on this one, I would like to know how to go about getting the probate records of a man who had a child out of wedlock, was named on the birth certificate, paid a settelment for the child after it was born. He had no futher contact till only a few years ago on the phone when he FREELY admitted he was a father --not just a name on a piece of paper.
