Erica, I don't really know anything about this site but what it says makes my antenniii quiver. 1. You have to download their software? What exactly does it install????? Spy ware???? It's like somebody saying "Shut your eyes and open your mouth" You'd better look and see what they've got in their hand. 2. Are they secretly harvesting gedcoms to sell without telling you?? 3. They say it links your computer to others across the globe. hhhhhhhmm that's a hackers heaven.. 4. The site says "GedLink is maintained by Infoduc SA" in France, but doesn't say who owns it????? I received an email inviting me to join this web site: www.gedlink.com .  I did download the software and am a non-paying member (for now).  It seems like it would be really cool, if enough people were "members". I was wondering if anyone else has heard of/is a member of this site, and if so, have you had any luck in making new contacts?  And is a paid membership worth it? Thanks! Erica
