I am searching for Elizabeth Moberly (LDS site gives name as Lisa Kirstine "Lizzie" Larsen Moberly) b. 20 May 1887 in Iowa and D. July 1981, (supposedly in Wadena Co. MN and buried in Wadena, MN). However, there is not a record of her according to the Wadena County Historical Society. Her husband August died in Staples and is buried in Staples, Evergreen Hill Cemetery. My thinking is that perhaps she might be buried next to him in Staples. A month or so ago I wrote to the Staples Historical Society with no response. I am in hopes to find a verification of her being buried in Evergreen Hill Cemetery. Also, I would love to have a copy of her obit. In August's obit, it mentioned that in later life he was well known in the town of Staples for his basket and artificial flower making. Is there a historian for the city of Staples or a history of the town that might give me some information about my August? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
