Good Morning! A 2nd cousin of mine and I have been forever searching for a gal named Rhoda who was a cousin to her father's mother and my father's grandmother. Old postcards retrieved from the attic of the farm that my father was raised on, saying "To My Dear Cousin" but addressed to my father's mother and were just signed RHODA, postmarked Minneapolis, MN between 1908 and 1909. The cousin still has an aunt living (daughter of the cousin apparently to RHODA) who, when asked who RHODA is, just says that "she was a cousin to mother". but the aunt does not know how RHODA was related or what her maiden name was. She only remembered that this RHODA was Mrs. August E. Paulson. By the time my cousin's aunt would have been old enough to realize there would've been a relative named RHODA, Rhoda would've been Mrs. August E. Paulson and understandable why this aunt wouldn't have questioned through who RHODA was related to her mother...just that she was. I believe Rhoda was born 12/30/1894 and died Jan. 1985 in Hennepin Co., Minneapolis. August was born 1/8/1892 and died 1/15/1975 in Hennepin Co., Minneapolis. Since the postcards from RHODA came from Minneapolis, I believe that she met and married August E. Paulson in the metro area also. If someone has access to marriage records that would include the years 1914-1920 giving the maiden name of the bride of August E. Paulson whose wife's name was RHODA, I would surely appreciate that information. Please help? Cathie
