A deed recorded 8/27/1980 in his and the name of Mary J.A. Thurlow. A reconveyance dated 8/24/1987 in his and Mary's name for property. Unfortunately, none of the documents could be obtained on line. In the name of Mary, identified as Mary Jane Alexander Kiland, were six documents, the latest filed in 1993. There were no documents under the name of Carol Kiland. But, there were numerous documents in the name of Jon P and Melissa. Being that Kiland is not a common name, Jon is "likely" to be a son. Jon P was identified as being born Nov 1956. He is identified a two addresses, Melissa only one. That joint address is 7964 Pineville Cir, Castro Valley, CA. He is also listed at 21220 Greenwood Cir, Castro Valley, CA. His phone was found to be unlisted.
