Can SKS who has availability check for a WWI draft registration card for Cushman Kellogg Davis? I have a postcard picture of him in Navy uniform taken at Great Lakes winter of 1917. He was born August of 1893, Crookston, Polk County, MN. Father is Wm V. Davis, mother may be Laura, Lovina, Lavine, Louise . . . several versions because of difficulty with the handwriting.
