There are a number of Francis/Frank Jeffery listed, the following in MN and WI: Frank Jeffrey, living in Marshall, Lyon County, MN, November 1879, age 20, born in MN, father in England, mother in Canada. Living as a boarder. Frank Jeffrey, Hazel Green, Grant County, WI, living as nephew to James Harvey. Born June 1884 in Wisconsin to both parents born in Wisconsin. Attending school. Do you have more information on the person you seek? Are you trying to find a specific Frank Jeffrey and questioning if this is the correct one? There is also the World War I Draft Registration Card images, if he was within the age for registration...Unless the one you seek actually died in 1916.
