Where in southern Minnesota? My grandfather was born in Pipestone County in SW Minnesota. I was back there in September and found wonderful, helpful people at the county courthouse and the local museum. I was able to locate the property my ancestors owned and where my grandfather was born. His name was Charles Edwin Hall.
