I accessed Minnesota ones at both a library in Wabasha, and at the Minnesota Historical Society in St. Paul. I routinely order newspaper microfilms from North and South Dakota, for use in my local library, for a nominal fee. If you don't live near St. Paul, you might be able to order the films through the Historical Society via interlibrary loan. Has anyone on the list sent for microfilmed MN newspapers, and can you explain how to go about it?
