The Francis Jeffery actually died in 1916. I've placed him with the family in 1910 (no spouse) at that time and he was buried at an old cemetery in St. Paul which does not have his birth date. The 1910 census says he is 60 - however I can't take that as positive because his daughter's age looked to be wrong!
