George Anderson and Jenet McClean, both born around 1857. I was wondering, if Jenet wasn't remarried in the 1890 census, which name would she be under. If some has the 1920 census I would appriciate a look up for Hugh Gille in St Paul, Ramsey county. I think his wife was Katherine. I'm interested in their ages, and their children. They are my husband's grandparents, but neither he nor his sister know anything about them. Thank you very much. Shirley in SC
Hi Everybody, My name is Arthur CHITTENDEN and I am working on a one-name study - worldwide. Any information, no matter how brief, will be greatly appreciated. I shall be happy to assist other CHITTENDEN seekers by doing lookups and where possible putting them in contact with other researchers of our name. Best Wishes Arthur Sydney Australia.
I have no dates nor the County name. Just think it must be in Minnesota, because that's where my ancestor met his second wife. Any help? Dave

Dave -------- Start your research for the divorce in the county where your ancestor met his second wife. In my county (Freeborn County, Minnesota) a separate divorce file doesn't start until well into the 20th century. Prior to that time, divorce records were included in the civil court records and sometimes involved a lengthy search! Good luck! Jean R. Hello, I am looking for information on the Wick Family from Sweden. Carl and Emma Wick died in 1903. They had ten children and 4 were put up for adoption and 6 were put out on their own. The six that were on there own are Hulda b.12-1885 which I have found through SS Index but can not find out where she is buried or OB. Hannah found. Ivor b.1-1889 no trace of him, he is not the two from MN death index or SS INdex. Elmer found. Mary(Maria) b.5-1892 not either of the Marys or Marias listed in the MN death index. She lived in the Moorhead Fargo area till 1928 according to the city directories. Lastly Emily b.6-1894 was in the Moorhead area around 1917 and had worked at the hospital. She did marry and I do not know what her married name was. Of the four remaining David Wick b. 12-1897and Ruth Wick b. 4-12-1902 were adopted and I have no idea who adopted them. Stories told that Ruth took nurses training and married an italian barber. My grandmother was one of the a! dopted out ones and did not find out till later in life she was adopted. If anyone has any information I would appreciate hearing from you. Thank You, Coleen Hoffman
Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to access marriage records online? I am interested in the marriage of an Earl Vaydor Pierce and Elinor... maiden name unknown at this time. She was born in Minnesota and he was born in Michigan. I understand he might have studied for the ministry there or in South Dakota. Would anyone have any idea how I might find out about that also? I believe the family were Baptists, but am not sure. Anyone else researching the Pierce family? Thank you, Leemae from MichiganGet more from the Web.
