I went to http://www.anywho.com/ and looked for LIEBE in St. Paul. All I see is Lieberherr and Lieberman though. Do you know any of the first names of Francis' descendants? Hey List! I recently found an original photo of my g-g-grandfather that was taken by Leavitt & Keene of Mankato, MN. According to a photo also taken by them at www.mnhs.org, they apparently had offices in Slayton, Fulda, and Heron Lake. The back of my photo was stamped with text saying copies could be obtained by sending money to their address on the front, and that negatives were preserved forever. Unable to find present-day photographers by the name Leavitt & Keene, I was hoping someone on the list would know if some other photographer or group was still in possesssion of the negatives.
