If one doesn't have what you want, the other might. http://www.searchforancestors.com/records/passenger.html and http://olivetreegenealogy.com/ships/search_ships.shtml This site has several search engines, one for each state where ships arrived. >From these two search engines you can search almost ALL online passenger lists to USA Ships to Canada can be searched at http://olivetreegenealogy.com/ships/search_shipscanada.shtml Lorine Lorine McGinnis Schulze -- * The Olive Tree Genealogy http://olivetreegenealogy.com/ * Past Voices:Letters Home http://pastvoices.com/ * USA Genealogy http://www.rootsweb.com/~ote/usa_genealogy/ * My Family Branches http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~myfamilybranches/ [email protected] or [email protected]

    1. [MINNESOTA] State Census Records
    2. Debbie Shearwood
    3. Hi List, I'm just starting my Genealogy research into Minnesota mainly Polk and Marshall Counties. I noticed there are State Census as well as the Regular census with them then being 5 years apart instead of the normal 10 yrs. Can anyone tell me what Info can be found on each type of census or which one would give the most information making it more valueable per dollar when ordering. Also is there a Marriage Index for the State in appromiately in 1876 and continuing on. Does someone have access to these records and willing to do look-ups. One more Question regarding Burial records, how does one go about finding where ancestors were buried if the only info you have is a Township name. Are there indexes for these records too with people willing to do look-ups. As you can see I'm very green in this area so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Debbie
