George and Sophia catered sandwiches to Campbell, Wyant, and Cannon, and from there, started up Maple Lanes. Interesting: "Inglont" and "Lofia"... I found a Sobestyan/Sabastian/Sebostian Inglot on the Ellis Island site on 3 different trips with destinationa of Pennsylvania and New York, from Cirpisz, Poland in 1905, 06, and 07, age 32,34,& 36, and I think he is George/Wajciech's Dad. I have relatives out east??! Sure would help if names didn't change so much! Thanks So Much for taking the time to find this Census and Ellis Island stuff.
