The 1910 census for Muskegon Heights shows them living with Charles Sr and Emma and the parents of children Oakley R , Kenneth H and Clinton J, death records for two additional children show an infant boy 1911-1911, infant girl 1913-1913 and the 1920 census finds another child Phyllis Ethel who was born 1916 who was adopted by her aunt and uncle Edward & Rose Emma Bramble Higley. I would definitely be interested in the other members of the Mitchell family plot to confirm heritage. I would also be interested in the process for applying for a stone for Charles Sr. Can you advise?
