Does anyone have access to the 1884 census. I would like to find out if Charles Coutts was listed on it. He was my my Ggrandmothers half brother, Alexander Coutts brother. We are trying to find out when he came to the US. He came after 1800 and left for Washington before 1890. Barb Smith
