I found an ancestor of mine on an index (name "Vaness Phillips" index says "Van S" son of "John Sr") living in Muskegon County - most likely Lakeside. I am trying to locate the actual census pages to identify other people in the household. However, I have not been able to find this anywhere. Is my only option the State Archives?
