My grand parents were foster parents in Monterey Calif area. No relations, sorry. Although they were the greatest foster parents and grandparents, not all always are and I pray you guys find each other. I am sure you already know, possible change last name, even in those times maybe change in SS#. Anyway, PRAY FOR BOTH OF YOU, YOU FIND THEM AND PEACE. Would really love to know the outcome.
