Cemetery. PERKINS (Mrs. Clarence L.) Sarah Etta (Lambertson) Obituary Muskegon Chronicle, Muskegon, MI, Thursday, December 15, 1938, page 2 Mrs. Sarah E. Perkins Mrs. Sarah E. Perkins, 84 years old, expired early today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harvey Hosmer, in Moorland township, after a short illness. She was the widow of Clarence L. Perkins, who died several years ago. Formerly Sarah Etta Lambertson, she was born in West Dryden, N.Y., July 4, 1854, and came to Michigan as a child, residing in Newaygo county. She later returned to New York for 35 years and came to Muskegon county a year ago. Mrs. Perkins is survived by four sons, Charles Perkins of Lansing, Guy Perkins of Ithaca, New York, Ralph and Willis Perkins of Groton, New York; two daughters, Mrs. B. W. Knapp of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Harvey Hosmer of Moorland, two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Hall of Casnovia and Mrs. Mary Lancaster, of Newaygo; 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
