Gramdpa loved your grandmother, mother and her brothers and sisters. We have pictures of them in our album. I can tell you, your mother's half brothers and sister from her father's side. The oldest is Constance Kay, John Alex, Thomas Gust, Katie and Edward Peter. Connie has two daughters plus grand, John never married, Tom has two children two grand Katie has two kids and Ed has two plus one grand. Everyone of use grew up together. Where is your mother? If this is the Dr. Swartout I remember he was the heard of the Muskegon County Health Dept. in the late 30's. I remember him because I was a typhoid victim back in 1937 and he came to our home on a regular basis. Back then they slapped big red signs on all four sides of the house warning people away because there was typhoid in the home. But, the death record for Rosanna was for Rosanna. Her middle name was not Calista. Calista was Jacob's 2nd wife. He married her in May of 1877. So still am trying to find out what happened to her.
