Can anyone do a birth lookup for me? Mary Ellens/Allen born abt. 1872 and George W. Ellens/Allen born about 1869. These are the children of Louis and Catharine/Katie Ellens/Allen. Their last name is Allen in all the census but burial and personal papers I have list it as Ellens. I am specifically looking for the maiden name of Catharine their mother. I tried emailing the volunteer for this on Muskegon Co. website but email address is no good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mary

They had a daughter, Harriet (Minnich) and a son named George. I believe Lyman was born in MA, and Rachel was born in NY. They lived in OH before coming to MI. That's all I know. Can anyone help?

I do not have the book you reference. If it's not too much trouble, are you able to tell from the book where in the cemetery Gertrude is buried (she is not related to Lars)? She was my great-grandmother, sister to Enoch, daughter to Marit and Anders. She and Marit both died in the Great Flu Epidemic of 1918. She actually died in Lansing, and some years later she was moved to this cemetary. Are there any notes about that? You also mention in the accounts of the church other names were found. If I were to send you a SASE would you be able to mail me copies of this information? Once again thank you.
