As you have indicated in your post, that like your wife, we Mims' are all pompous asses, may I suggest that you continue to research your own lineage to find out why people like you are so attracted to us. However, I agree with you on your assessment of greed, etc. If there are people on this web who do not want to share their information, why are they here? Could it be that they are just sneaking around 'collecting' information from those of us who do share? And why? Beats me. What makes a person travel so far and devote so much time to collect information on their lineage? Because they want to and they can.
