I got an acknowledgement of receipt of my DNA from FamilyDNA just the other day. It takes about four weeks before I hear anything. There is a project in progress, but it needs more Mims males. If you want more information on the project, I would suggest that you contact Bruce Glenn at Bruce@bruceglenn.com . I believe he is the contact for the project. His Mims ancestry comes from his mother's side. I sincerely hope we can take advantage of this new technology. Just thinking it might be interesting to research from an earlier ancestor to latter ones.
