I received a letter from Maceo Nance Director Community & Rural Development, South Carolina Department of Commerce on 1 Oct. 2004 stating that they had received q request from Bettis Rainsford, under the Freedom of Information Act, for copies of all correspondence received by the agency in support of or in opposition to the Edgefield application. Can anyone tell me the outcome of the event.
