There is NO known evidence that Benjamin Mims' wife was a Woodson. Her name Judith is known from only one document: a deed dated Jan 1749 in Albemarle Co VA when Judith gave her consent for the sale of some land. In his will, dated 1783, Benjamin mentioned his wife but did not state her name.
