Thanks to Ann for those possible locations for this source - Libraries at Birmingham and Univ. of Virginia. I'll be checking three old (hard drives ) on computer here at the house and viewing CD-Roms backups to see if I have the complete transcription. It was emailed (attachment) to me in early 2001. Hello, again, I just checked the Library of VA (the state archives, not the University) and it is listed there. So I must have made my copy from theirs.
