    3. Jeannine, I was just siting and wondering about if there were Rev. War Vets who had NEVER been used before to enter DAR, and then read your posting. How very interesting! Unchartered waters, as we might say. Please keep the list posted as to what happens, as it would be good to note this in the archives for future research. Best regards, Lilly Martin Drury Shadrach Woodson Mimms, of Russellville, KY. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jeannine Jackson" <g9andjack@charter.net> To: <MIMS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, January 11, 2004 6:37 AM Subject: Re: [MIMS,MIMMS,MIMBS] Found Mims Leaves - Word Doc > Hi John, > > I have a printed copy sent to me by another Mims researcher but would like > to compare it to what you have. 3. I have a question regarding Martin Mims DAR papers. Was he the same Martin Mims listed in Wilkes County, Georgia Muster Roll for Capt. John Hill at Fort Martin commanded by Col. Elijah Clarke. I have a copy of a Muster Roll which includes the names of Martin Mimms, Joseph Mimms, John Mimms and Williams Mimms. They served along side my Cobb ancestors, Joseph and Ezekiel Cobb.
