It's a Word for Windows file, which I created as a composite of the two transcriptions I had received; one done in 1996 by Kate Shue, and the other by John Mimms. I found a number of minor differences between the two copies, and John has kindly checked each of them against his copy of the original document. I believe the result is as accurate a transcription of the original as we are likely to get.
