In a family group sheet about his son Shadrach the citation reads "Ref: Bible record of his father Shadrach Mims owned by Mrs. Francis Tracy, Carlsbad, NM". ... so I'm guessing that Mrs. Tracy has/had the bible. The family group sheets are dated 1977. Ann Mellard at the time lived in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Hope this helps.
