Doris: I checked the LDS church (Mormons) FamilySearch Website and they show a Thomas N. Mims married to Martha L Allen in 1877 in Nacogdoches Texas. They also have his father as James Mims Sr. and mother Mary Ann O'steed. Also, a second wife - Cornelia A Sessions. There is some additional info on the Sessions line. You might want to check out the site. Just click on "search for ancestors". I typed in Thomas Mims - Texas and looked for any Thomas N. that was listed. I hope this helps. -Steve Mims, Idaho
