    1. RE: [MIMS-L] Roll Call
    2. John Sauer
    3. Hi all, I live in the great state of Texas, where the William Moses Brown (grandson of Epsy Ann Mims) settled in about 1887 when he left Meriwether Co., GA. William Moses is my wife's great grandfather. Ginger and I are retired and live on a ranch in Bellville, where we operate an 80-head commercial cattle operation, Thanks to the great people on this list, I have been introduced to Epsy Ann's ancestors. My questions revolve around: 1) Epsy's father Williamson: Was his first wife Cynthia Culpepper (a name we see repeatedly) or was it Cynthia Moses (a name commonly found in the Browns of Meriwether County)? 2) Was Williamson Mims father named John? Where in Virginia was he born and where and when did he die? 3) John Mims father Joseph: where did he die in Georgia? 4) Joseph Mims father Lionah: where in North Carolina did he die? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, March 27, 2000 9:17 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MIMS-L] Roll Call We have so many new People on the List , that do think it is a good idea to have a roll call!!
