I just found Monroe Co, Index 1870 (L-R) listing Needham Mims Lonnie Mims Williamson Mims NOW; how can Williamson be listed in 1870 if he died 1863??????? Was there a 2nd Williamson Mims??????? Maybe he married the 2nd Cynthia and had those later children. Oh Boy.... Jeanne
There were 2 Williamson Mims, and haven't found the relationship to one another. The eldest was from Appling County originally and moved to Bibbs, Houston and Dooly counties. The younger married in Thomas County 11 May 1851 and he did live in Monroe County. If you want I can share the will of our Williamson and show you all his children living at the time the will was written!
