Hi all, Just a little tidbit on pitfalls in research. My great grandmother, Mary (Stalvey) Tomlinson's brother, contrary to Huxford, did not die single! He married, moved to AL and his descendants all spell their surname STALSBY!!! I started getting scads of kinfolk wanting to share research on my surnames. Seemed to be copying and mailing all the time. Then discovered Rootsweb offers free unlimited space for websites. Well, I'm keeping my scanner and keyboard busy trying to put up everything from documents to photos that they can download. It's a lot of fun; a lot of work, but best of all saves money! Oh yes, with early spring, my neighbors think I have started a wildflower habitat in the front yard! Hmmm, where did I park that lawn mower..... Til next time.....
