My Granfather was WIlliam Thomas Dutcher and Grandmother was Margaret Fay (Wylie) Dutcher My aunt was born while my Granfather was a policeman in Monroe.They had two other children, Robert born in Ohio in 1923 and William born in 1924-25 in Ohio. I believe she was buried in Monroe but can not find any information. Any help or direction will be appreciated.
