Actually, two different families shared that surname, with its varient spelling. One group is from Belgium while the other is French-Canadian in origin. I am connected to the French "batch." Your Biemeret surname listed at the top is also familiar. My grandfather's cousin married a Biemeret and I have some knowledge of their origins as well. I will share my data. Patricia
